Stephens & Bradley provide both forensic and clinical psychological services which include therapeutic treatment for psychological illness and stressors, behaviour modification plans, along with forensic and clinical psychological court reports. We provide evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and work collaboratively with our clients to develop a treatment plan that best suit their needs.
As Psychologists we provide therapy for difficulties ranging in severity from psychological disorders, helping people navigate life transitions, deal with challenges, to enhancing their effectiveness, performance and wellbeing. One key difference between Psychologists and other therapists is that in addition to providing general counselling and therapy, Psychologist's are qualified to provide diagnoses and treatment of mental health disorders.
